1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Unitrition web application ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the Service.

2. Purpose & Scope of the Service

Unitrition provides calculation tools for macronutrients, micronutrients, glycemic index and load, regional carbohydrate unit standards (10g, 12g, and 15g), and kinetic postprandial glycemic simulations for educational and wellness tracking purposes.

• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of Unitrition does not establish a medical or clinical relationship.
• Product Label Verification: Food data is sourced from public nutritional databases (USDA, Open Food Facts). Manufacturers may change formulations without notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

You may use the platform in guest mode without registration. If you choose to create an account via Supabase to synchronize saved meals, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing (Paddle)

Biohacker Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to Paddle’s checkout and billing terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time with 1 click from your Dashboard or via the Paddle management link.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unitrition and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, discrepancies in third-party food databases, or dietary decisions made by the user.
