Given the current functionality of our application, which does not involve user accounts or direct collection of personal identifiable information (PII) or sensitive health data from individual users, your data rights are primarily related to the limited types of information we do process.

Usage Data (Non-Personal):
What we collect: We collect non-personal usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics. This data is anonymized, aggregated, and not linked to your identity. It is used solely for SEO and improving our Service.
Your Rights: You can manage or opt out of certain tracking using your browser settings or tools like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Nutritionist Contact Information (Submitted Voluntarily):
What we collect: Nutritionists may voluntarily submit their professional contact information via a third-party Google Form to be listed in the app. This data is used solely for evaluating and managing listings, with explicit consent.
Your Rights: If you wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us at support@unitrition.com. We will respond in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect from General Users
- No user registration or account creation is required.
- We do not collect PII such as name, email, or phone number.
- We do not collect or store sensitive health-related data (e.g., dietary logs, medical history).
3. Applicability of Specific Data Rights
Since we do not store personal health data or PII from general users, the following data rights under laws like GDPR or HIPAA are currently not applicable:
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
- Right to Access Your Data
- Right to Rectification
- Right to Data Portability
- Right to Object to Processing
These rights will become relevant if Unitrition introduces user accounts or begins collecting personal health data. If that occurs, our Terms and Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
